This is a handblown glass ornament suitable for hanging on your Christmas tree or enjoying in a window all year round.  This is a subtle blend of chunky amethyst and sapphire color frit.  I was tempted to throw in some ruby to complete the gemstone trifecta, but I liked the idea of a simpler analogous color blend. These ornaments are made by hand without the use of a mold and are all uniquely shaped, generally approaching round.

This ornament measures 8.5 centimeters in diameter and weighs 47 grams.
