This is a handblown glass ornament suitable for hanging on your Christmas tree or enjoying in a window all year round. When I got tired of using the (many, many) colors I already had, I went to the AUArts bookstore to buy some more color.  Their stock was really low, but they had wine red, old gold and deep green, so off I went with a bag of each.  And I’m happy to say that they actually look really good and dare I say almost festive together.  I layered the color over opaque white on this one, but there is another one available that was left transparent. Not bad for the random frit game.  These ornaments are made by hand without the use of a mold and are all uniquely shaped, generally approaching round.

This ornament measures 8.2 centimeters in diameter and weighs 66 grams.
