When you forget that you wanted to make a more blended two-ply rather than a three-ply and spin up a super skinny single that ends up as a super laceweight finished yarn.  This is a 60/20/20 Merino/Alpaca/Silk blend and has all the soft fluffiness of the component fibers, just in a very fine finished format.  This yarn would be perfect for a lovely lace knit leaf fall leaves scarf or wrap.

I produce my yarns all the way from the dye pan to the finished product using quality materials.  This yarn is extra special as it was spun partly on the shores of the beautiful Kootenay lake.
